To celebrate the 50th anniversary of women in the INSEAD MBA programme, INSEAD conducted a global survey of alumni and produced a report on its findings.
It’s hard to imagine but 50 years ago virtually all MBA programmes were exclusively for men. However, in the past fifty years, thousands of women have gone through the programme and become, CEOs, presidents, and entrepreneurs.
Helen Pitcher OBE, has contributed to the report and provided the following quote:
“I am committed to mentoring other women; this has always been my operating model. Women bring a unique perspective to mentoring other women. They can empathise and understand the issues they face more personally. I have been supported and challenged by mentors – both female and male – at key points in my career, and it’s important for me to pass this on.”
