Julie Chakraverty

Julie Chakraverty serves as a Non-Executive Director Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Spirit Pub Company, Amlin and Aberdeen Asset Management, where she is chair of the Innovation Committee.

During her executive career Julie was a Board member of UBS Investment Bank where she held a number of global leadership positions with a specialist background in risk management and fixed income. Her flagship “CreditDelta” portfolio product has won industry awards every year since 2001. She also worked for the investment bank JP Morgan.

Julie actively supports younger women to realise their full potential. In 2006 she was named in Management Today’s ‘Top 35 Women Under 35’, and in 2013 was recognized in The Times newspaper as the youngest female director of a FTSE-100 company. She is a trustee of the Girls’ Day School Trust.
