Syreeta Brown

Syreeta Brown is the Head of Global Recruitment Strategy & Programs at Citi. She also has the responsibility, in partnership with key stakeholders across talent, brand, corporate communications and regional heads of recruitment, of defining Citi’s strategy for sourcing talent and developing the 'Employee Value Proposition' as part of Citi’s core recruitment process.

Prior to joining Citi, Syreeta began her career in 1998 as a graduate at British Telecom Group PLC, rapidly rising through the HR function in a number of roles across the various businesses, directly aligning HR strategies and programmes with profitable revenue growth and cost transformation. Syreeta also led major change initiatives including revising the global performance management strategy as part of a Board mandate and devising change management programmes for outsourcing initiatives, acquisition and integration of businesses and restructuring agendas.

Syreeta works to provide better support for parents of children diagnosed with autism, especially those  of pre-school age. She has also held roles as a Trustee of a charity and been a Chair of Governors for a local school.
