Baroness Margaret McDonagh

Margaret is a businesswoman and a member of the House of Lords, having been the first female and the youngest General Secretary of the Labour Party, and She organised its 1997 and 2001 election campaigns.  After standing down in 2001 Margaret has gone on to establish a career in the corporate world. She had served as a Non-Executive Director at Standard Life and iss a Non-Executive Director for TBI (a global airports company) and Chair of the Smart Meter Central Delivery Body.

Margaret coaches senior executives and established the MK-LF Partnership to produce The Pipeline, a programme for senior executive women.  She  supports a number of charities and not-for-profit enterprises including serving as Director of AFC Wimbledon Foundation.
