INSEAD Alumni Association UK hosted a career transition and transformation forum. This event was designed to help anyone looking for a new board roll or who wished to learn how others have managed their own career change. The interactive forum was open to everyone - alumni and non-alumni who had strong links to INSEAD and its values.

Advanced Boardroom Excellence attended last night’s annual ICSA Awards at London’s Park Lane Hilton Hotel, ICSA: The Governance Institute recognised those companies, individuals and teams that are leading the way in corporate reporting, investor engagement and good governance.

The Hr NETWORK National Awards are recognised as the largest and most prestigious HR awards in Scotland. Launched in early 2007, the awards are designed to recognise, acknowledge and reward the champions of the Scottish HR profession.

Advanced Boardroom Excellence hosted a table at the ICSA Awards held at London Hilton on Park Lane on Tuesday 29 November 2016. The black tie event was hosted by celebrity TV star Alexander Armstrong with live music by Ed Riches. 

Advanced Boardroom Excellence sponsored the CEO of the Year Award at the Hr NETWORK National Awards. Chairman Helen Pitcher OBE presented the award at the annual Gala Dinner at Glasgow Hilton on Thursday 10th November 2016.

Advanced Boardroom Excellence hosted a champagne reception on Thursday, 21 July 2016 at No 4. Hamilton Place in their Argyll Room and Terrace overlooking Hyde Park Corner. Attendees enjoyed canapés, champagne and live entertainment by Jazz trio The Popcorns while networking in the summer sunshine.

Helen Pitcher, chairman at Advanced Boardroom Excellence, spoke at the O2 Women in Leadership event in London. The event highlighted the work that needs to be done to achieve gender equality in UK workplaces.

The Advanced Boardroom Excellence team hosted their annual Networking Drinks at Claridges, London in September.

We launched our Diversity research at The Mayfair Hotel Breakfast, London in September.

We were delighted to launch 'The Code of Conduct' and 'The Effective Board' research at the Somerset House Networking Event in January.
