Colin Peters, Mentor and Change Consultant
Prior to undertaking an independent consultant career Colin was VP Human Resources at GlaxoSmithKline. Colin has over 30 years’ experience in the Human Resources field, especially in a global manufacturing market with extensive knowledge of employee engagement and European Works Councils.
Colin’s focus is on board effectiveness, board assessment, development, coaching, mentoring and career transition.
Colin is an expert in effective strategic change within large organisations and the supporting talent and succession planning to achieve global leadership. He has recently completed a major board level change transformation review for the UK Board of a major telecoms organisation.
While at GlaxoSmithKline, Colin was appointed Chairman of GSK European Works Council and Chairman of Global GSK Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.
