Mike Cutt, Executive Coach
Mike is a board level executive coach and consultant with over thirty years’ experience gained in a wide range of industry sectors with a wealth of experience of leading and managing organisational change. He is one of the most senior HR professionals in the UK, having been group HR director for Thomas Cook, Boots and B&Q.
He is especially experienced in coaching/mentoring newly appointed CEOs/MDs, HR directors and those directors leading major people change.
Mike has a wide range of NED experience, currently he is a NED for the specialist businesses board of the Co-operative and Svyaznoy, the market-leading Russian mobile phone retailer, where he chairs the Remuneration Committee. Mike’s NED career started in The Land Registry in 2005, where he served 3 terms, he has also served as a NED for NHS Hospitals in Lincolnshire chairing the Performance and Finance Committee.
Mike is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He holds a degree from Exeter University and a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies. Mike has qualified as a coach on the highly regarded Henley programme.
